If your apartment fits our concept – in terms of location, size, and amenities – we'll rent it immediately and reliably. The rental agreement is a standard German Civil Code (BGB) rental agreement – just like any private rental, with the only difference being that we are expressly permitted to sublet and offer short-term rentals. You don't have to worry about vacancies or uncertainties – we bear the risk of lost income.

They are not party venues—we place great value on a peaceful and respectful atmosphere. All tenants receive binding house rules, which they must strictly adhere to. We take decisive action against violations and disturbances of other residents. In practice, such violations are very rare, as our tenants are generally quieter than permanent tenants. They value central, well-maintained accommodation and prefer to live in an apartment that is not anonymous like a hotel, but in an environment with other, quiet residents.
